Using Objective Data to Make Decisions

We use a variety of research methods to assess the impact of an initiative, project, or program. The goal of program evaluation can be formative–answering the question, “How can we enhance our initiative to better serve our audience?” Or, the goal can be summative–answering the questions, “Was the program a success, and for whom?”

Stakeholders and funders appreciate our independent objectivity to help them decide if they are gaining a return on their investments.
